- ensure all submitted documents are truthful
The Company is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
5. Fees and Payments
Service fees are agreed individually with each client.
Unless otherwise stated:
- payments are non-refundable once the service process has started
- partial refunds may be granted at the Company’s discretion
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages

- schválenie zo strany úradov alebo tretích strán
4. Povinnosti klienta
Klient je povinný:
- poskytnúť pravdivé a úplné údaje
- spolupracovať počas procesu
- zabezpečiť správnosť dokumentov
5. Platby a poplatky
Cena služieb je dohodnutá individuálne.
Ak nie je uvedené inak:
- platby sú nevratné po začatí služby
- prípadné vrátenie je na rozhodnutí spoločnosti
6. Obmedzenie zodpovednosti
Spoločnosť nenesie zodpovednosť za:
- nepriame škody
- ušlý zisk
- rozhodnutia tretích strán
7. Duševné vlastníctvo
Obsah webovej stránky je majetkom spoločnosti a nesmie byť použitý bez súhlasu.
8. Rozhodné právo
