S\u00fa\u010dasn\u00fd strop je 66 000 v\u00edz za rok, pri\u010dom&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">33 000 aplikantov za\u010dne pracova\u0165 v prvej polovici fi\u0161k\u00e1lneho roka 2019 (od 1. okt\u00f3bra do 31.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">marca) a 33 000 v druhej polovici fi\u0161k\u00e1lneho roka (od 1. apr\u00edla do 30. septembra). USCIS&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ozn\u00e1mila, \u017ee celkov\u00fd po\u010det obdr\u017ean\u00fdch pet\u00edci\u00ed H-2B na rok 2019 prekro\u010dil po\u010det dostupn\u00fdch&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">H-2B v\u00edz, \u010do nazna\u010duje, \u017ee dopyt po t\u00fdchto do\u010dasn\u00fdch v\u00edzach na\u010falej rastie. Na rok 2019 s\u00fa u\u017e&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">kv\u00f3ty vy\u010derpan\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Po\u017eiadavky pre v\u00edza H-2B<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u00edza typu H-2B s\u00fa k dispoz\u00edcii zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eom zahrani\u010dn\u00fdch pracovn\u00edkov, ktor\u00ed nepracuj\u00fa v&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">po\u013enohospod\u00e1rskej oblasti. Toto v\u00edzum je k dispoz\u00edcii iba pre pr\u00e1cu, ktor\u00e1 m\u00e1 do\u010dasn\u00fd charakter.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na \u00fa\u010dely H-2B to znamen\u00e1 jednu z t\u00fdchto mo\u017enost\u00ed: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opakovan\u00e1 sez\u00f3nna potreba pr\u00e1ce: pr\u00e1ca, ktor\u00e1 je pravidelne viazan\u00e1 na sez\u00f3nu, ako napr\u00edklad pr\u00e1ca v z\u00e1bavnom parku v lete alebo zimn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce v ly\u017eiarskom stredisku.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preru\u0161ovan\u00e1 potreba pr\u00e1ce: pr\u00e1ca, pre ktor\u00fa zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e nezamestn\u00e1va&nbsp;<\/span>zamestnancov na pln\u00fd \u00fav\u00e4zok ale ob\u010das potrebuje do\u010dasn\u00fdch pracovn\u00edkov.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Potreba pracovn\u00edkov po\u010das n\u00e1valov\u00e9ho obdobia: pr\u00e1ca po\u010das n\u00e1valov\u00fdch obdob\u00ed,&nbsp;<\/span>pri ktor\u00fdch zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e potrebuje okrem svojich st\u00e1lych zamestnancov aj do\u010dasn\u00fdch zamestnancov na v\u00fdpomoc.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jednor\u00e1zov\u00e1 potreba: pr\u00e1ca potrebn\u00e1 po\u010das kr\u00e1tkeho, jednorazov\u00e9ho obdobia.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e mus\u00ed preuk\u00e1za\u0165, \u017ee:&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Neexistuj\u00fa \u017eiadni nezamestnan\u00ed americk\u00ed pracovn\u00edci ochotn\u00ed alebo schopn\u00ed robi\u0165&nbsp;<\/span>t\u00fato pr\u00e1cu. Toto sa rob\u00ed prostredn\u00edctvom \u0161t\u00e1tnej agent\u00fary pre zamestnanos\u0165 pomocou procesu certifik\u00e1cie pr\u00e1ce. Tento proces si vy\u017eaduje n\u00e1borov\u00fa kampa\u0148 vr\u00e1tane inzer\u00e1tov v miestnych novin\u00e1ch pre do\u010dasn\u00fdch zamestnancov.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zamestn\u00e1vanie pracovn\u00edka na v\u00edzach typu H-2B nebude ma\u0165 negat\u00edvny vplyv na&nbsp;<\/span>mzdu alebo podmienky americk\u00fdch pracovn\u00edkov.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u010casov\u00fd r\u00e1mec pr\u00e1ce je krat\u0161\u00ed ako jeden rok.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zamestnanec mus\u00ed sp\u013a\u0148a\u0165 nasledovn\u00e9 po\u017eiadavky:&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ma\u0165 pracovn\u00fa ponuku od americk\u00e9ho zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea na sez\u00f3nnu\/do\u010dasn\u00fa pr\u00e1cu.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ma\u0165 relevantn\u00e9 vzdelanie a schopnosti pre v\u00fdkon danej pr\u00e1ce.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dok\u00e1za\u0165 \u017ee sa vr\u00e1ti domov pred uplynut\u00edm doby platnosti v\u00edza.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>D\u013a\u017eka pobytu na H2-B v\u00edzach<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Doba platnosti v\u00edz sa obmedzuje na potrebu zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea pre do\u010dasn\u00e9ho pracovn\u00edka.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maxim\u00e1lne povolen\u00e9 obdobie je jeden rok. Zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e v\u0161ak m\u00f4\u017ee pred\u013a\u017ei\u0165 dobu trvania v\u00edza&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a\u017e na tri roky ak zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e \u017eiadal H-2B pracovn\u00edka na jednorazov\u00fa pr\u00e1cu (one-time&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">occurrence).&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Rodinn\u00ed pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edci \u017eiadate\u013ea o H2-B v\u00edza<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Man\u017eelia dr\u017eite\u013eov H-2B v\u00edz alebo slobodn\u00e9 die\u0165a dr\u017eite\u013ea v\u00edz do 21 rokov sa kvalifikuj\u00fa na v\u00edza&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">typu H-4. M\u00f4\u017eu zosta\u0165 v USA po\u010das povolenej d\u013a\u017eky pobytu dr\u017eite\u013ea v\u00edz H-2B. SWA mus\u00ed by\u0165 upozornen\u00e1, \u017ee objedn\u00e1vka je spojen\u00e1 s podan\u00edm \u017eiadosti o H-2B v\u00edza.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Umiestni\u0165 inzer\u00e1t do nov\u00edn v lokalite pl\u00e1novan\u00e9ho zamestnania. Inzer\u00e1t mus\u00ed by\u0165&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">zverejnen\u00fd minim\u00e1lne 2 dni, z ktor\u00fdch jeden je nede\u013ea, a mus\u00ed be\u017ea\u0165 po\u010das obdobia&nbsp;<\/span>objedn\u00e1vky v SWA.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e mus\u00ed n\u00e1sledne kontaktova\u0165 v\u0161etk\u00fdch \u017eiadate\u013eov o pr\u00e1cu a&nbsp;<\/span>zdokumentova\u0165 priebeh pohovoru a v\u00fdsledky z neho.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pripravi\u0165 spr\u00e1vu o procese h\u013eadania zamestnancov.
